Terms of service

Enrolment grants one learner a personal, non-transferable licence to the programme for the stated access window. Sharing credentials or redistributing course video, workflows or datasets ends access without refund.

Assessment conduct matters: exam attempts are timed and single-session, and submitted work must be your own. Detected misconduct voids the attempt and may void certification.

Certificates are issued only when every programme requirement is met and recorded. A revoked certificate stops verifying immediately.

Refunds follow the published refund window from the date of payment.
